The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) was established by the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to among other things organize elections into various political offices in the country.
We are recruiting eligible ad-hoc staff for the November 8, 2025 Anambra State Governorship Election in the position below:
Job Title: Presiding Officer (Ad-hoc Staff)
Location: Anambra
Source Institution – Qualifications
- NYSC – Serving Corps members
- Former NYSC – Not later than 4 years post service (i.e 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025)
- INEC staff – INEC permanent staff on Grade Level 07 & 08
- MDAs (Federal and State) – Permanent Staff with OND or on GL 07 – 10
- Federal Tertiary students – Penultimate students of Federal Tertiary Institutions
General Requirements
- Applicants must not be a political party member.
- Applicants must not have demonstrated or expressed support for any candidate or party.
- Applicants must reside in any of Anambra, Delta, Enugu, and Imo state.
