Job Title: Corporate Finance Senior Associate

About the Role
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Professional to join our Finance team.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in driving strategic and operational finance initiatives including debt fundraising, investor relations, financial modelling, and covenant reporting.
- This position requires a professional with strong analytical ability, excellent financial acumen, and experience in managing complex corporate finance transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing investor relationships and identify new funding opportunities.
- Support senior management in debt fundraising, negotiations, and documentation.
- Lead financial modelling, forecasting, and valuation analysis.
- Prepare investor reports, presentations, and financial documentation.
- Monitor covenant compliance, forex exposure, and implement risk management measures.
- Support strategic projects including M&A, corporate restructuring, and capital market activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align finance strategies with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Professional qualification ICAN required; (ACCA or CFA is a plus).
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial services.
- Strong skills in financial modelling, fundraising, and investor relations.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel when required.
