Source Institution – Qualifications
- Federal Public/Civil Service and MDAs – Permanent Staff only on GL 10 – 14
- INEC Staff – RAOs & other INEC permanent staff not engaged in any other duties (GL09 -14).
General Requirements
- Applicants must not be a political party member.
- Applicants must not have demonstrated or expressed support for any candidate or party.
- Applicants must reside in any of Anambra, Delta, Enugu, and Imo state.
